Gilding with 23,4 carat gold and silver leaf on metal sheet.
Look at my tools! I realize that the only thing that is the same since 1633 is the pencil and ruler. (not in plastic) I admire the artists that worked in candlelights back then.
To day, I use internet, daylight led screen in A2 size, daylights fixtures in the studio and now I know!…. With such tools, my work must be better.
No pressure =)
